BOOTH DESIGN FOR PARTICIPATION IN INTERCHARM

This year, special attention was drawn to the VNA TRADE stand, created by the TORI EXPO team – an international exhibition stand builder with over 20 years of experience. The project became an example of modern exhibition design, combining technology, aesthetics, and thoughtful functionality.

InterCHARM-Ukraine is the largest professional beauty industry exhibition in the country, bringing together hundreds of brands, experts, and professionals in cosmetology, hairdressing, skincare, and aesthetic medicine. It is the main event of the year for those shaping the future of Ukraine’s beauty market.

🔹 CONCEPT AND DESIGN

The main concept was to create a clean, bright, and elegant space that highlights VNA TRADE’s professionalism and reflects the high standards of the cosmetics industry. TORI EXPO developed a unique design using glass structures with LED lighting, creating an effect of lightness, transparency, and modernity.

Glass is TORI EXPO’s signature material. Thanks to proprietary lighting and processing technologies, the company creates stands that literally glow from within. That’s why TORI EXPO’s projects are instantly recognizable: premium, minimalist, and technologically advanced.

For VNA TRADE, it was essential not just to present their products but to create a space where every detail reinforces the brand image. The designers used a combination of transparent glass panels, glossy white surfaces, and dynamic lighting that emphasized the lines of the structure and created a “living light” effect.

🔹 TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION

As with all TORI EXPO projects, the process included a full cycle – from 3D design development to on-site installation. In a short time, the team assembled the glass and aluminum structure with precision, integrated LED systems, electrical components, logos, and furniture.

Special attention was paid to detail and installation safety, as working with glass requires precision and expertise. Thanks to extensive experience, the TORI EXPO team completed the stand quickly, flawlessly, and exactly as planned.

Even when unforeseen difficulties arose, TORI EXPO remained by the client’s side – responding promptly, offering support, and helping to resolve all issues. This was especially appreciated by the client after the exhibition.
