EXHIBITION STAND DESIGN FOR RECYCLING TECH

From September 16 to 18, the international exhibition Recycling Tech 2025 took place in Warsaw at Ptak Warsaw Expo — one of Europe’s key events dedicated to modern recycling technologies, environmental innovations, and sustainable development. Within the framework of this forum, TORI EXPO implemented a stand project for Elvatech, a Ukrainian manufacturer of world-class analytical equipment, specializing in the development and production of X-ray fluorescence spectrometers.

Elvatech is our reliable partner, with whom we have been collaborating for more than a year, sharing mutual trust and a common vision of quality. We are genuinely pleased to be part of their growth at international exhibitions, as the Elvatech brand is a striking example of Ukrainian technological solutions confidently competing on the global market. Every joint project is not just an exhibition stand but a story about ambition, professionalism, and faith in the potential of Ukrainian business.

For participation in Recycling Tech 2025, a niche-type stand was designed — compact yet visually deep, creating a sense of technological precision and reliability. TORI EXPO chose an architectural concept combining minimalistic forms, clear geometric lines, and balanced lighting to best reflect Elvatech’s character — modern, innovative, and science-oriented.

The stand’s functional layout was developed with the needs of a technical company in mind. The first element of the exhibition space was a reception area, serving as the initial point of contact with visitors. Here, guests could receive informational materials about the company and its services, consultations, and invitations for future collaboration. For informal communication and business meetings, a negotiation area was arranged with a comfortable table and chairs, supporting the overall aesthetic of the space.

Additionally, a demonstration screen was placed in the central part of the stand, adding dynamism to the exhibition’s visual center, while extra lighting gave the stand volume, creating an effect of “laboratory” cleanliness.

The visual design was maintained in Elvatech’s corporate colors — a combination of deep blue and classic white — conveying precision, purity, and technological sophistication. Decorative elements such as pots with live greenery added balance and naturalness to the space, creating visual accents and softening the sharpness of geometric forms.

The TORI EXPO team provided a full cycle of project implementation — from concept creation and 3D visualization to manufacturing, transportation, installation, and technical support during the exhibition. Every detail was carefully considered: space ergonomics, material quality, lighting, and visitor interaction. The stand turned out to be not only visually attractive but also highly functional — exactly the kind of tool that helps a brand effectively present its strengths.

The Elvatech project at Recycling Tech 2025 became another example of successful TORI EXPO ideas on the international stage. Our mission is to create spaces that work as marketing and trust-building tools, highlight the company’s individuality, and evoke genuine visitor interest.

The result is a compact, functional, and expressive exhibition stand that became an effective communication tool for the brand with partners and clients.
